This appointment can be in-person, by Zoom, or by phone. It is time set aside to review Programs, your Credit Report, Payment and Cash to Close requirements of your Pre-Approval, and answer any questions. During this time, we will review the differences between new construction and re-sale, single family vs. condo, and give an estimate of how much your monthly payment will be impacted by different sales price ranges. You will leave this meeting armed with information to prepare you for your homebuying search.
Once you have an accepted Offer, we will review rate lock options and make official application. We will be providing weekly updates and be available for any questions along the way.
